Toner cartridges are considered Special Materials because of the different options available for managing them.
How Can I get Rid of It?
What you need to know:
- Empty toner cartridges can be dropped off for recycling for no fee at the CSWD locations shown here. Do NOT place cartridges in your Blue-Bin.
- Leftover powder toner should be disposed as Trash.
- Leftover liquid toner should be disposed as Hazardous Waste by appointment at the Environmental Depot.
