What makes this Blue-Bin Recycling?

We accept single-use containers that are empty, free of food residue or rinsed clean (bottles, jars, cans, jugs, & tubs made from glass, metal (aluminum, steel) and plastic, rigid plastic packaging and paper (office paper, mail, corrugated cardboard, newspapers, mail and boxboard).

We do not accept: Black plastic, dishware, pottery, panes of glass from doors or windows, broken glass, or durable plastics (Tupperware, Rubbermaid, etc.)

What you need to know:

  • Recurring large loads of recycling are not accepted at our Drop-Off Centers. Businesses and institutions with recurring loads of Blue-Bin Recycling greater than two cubic yards must contact the CSWD Business Outreach Coordinator for options. Customers must be pre-approved to use the CSWD Materials Recovery Facility. The fee shown applies to pre-approved commercial loads only.
