What makes this Special Materials?


New, clean drywall scrap should be recycled as Clean Drywall. All other drywall can be disposed as Construction & Demolition Waste unless it is from a project that meets Vermont Act 175 requirements for architectural waste recycling.

What you need to know:

  • Clean, unpainted drywall sheets and scrap is accepted for recycling only at the CSWD location shown, for the fees shown.
  • Large loads of clean, unpainted drywall for recycling will be charged by the ton.

Payment Methods

Cash, check with name, current address and phone number, AmEx, Discover, MasterCard and Visa credit and debit cards. A 3% convenience fee will be added to all credit card transactions.

What you need to know:

  • Up to a cubic yard of drywall is accepted for disposal as Construction & Demolition waste at the facilities shown. Construction & Demolition Waste fees apply to loads of scraps.
  • Loads of mixed architectural waste that meet Act 175 qualifications must be taken to a Construction & Demolition Waste recycling facility.
