CSWD is not a hauler.

CSWD is a municipality that is responsible for the proper handling of solid waste for Chittenden County. We do not pick up trash or recycling.

Vermont only has one landfill.

Everything that is disposed as trash in Vermont goes to the NEWSVT Landfill in Coventry, Vermont, which is owned and operated by Casella Waste Systems.
